Terms of
Service

Effective Q4 2024

NEXPLACERS™ operates at the intersection of executive strategy and digital sovereignty. These terms govern the professional relationship and operational mandates of our engagement.

1. Acceptance of Mandate

By engaging with the NEXPLACERS™ platform, or by commissioning any monograph through The Executive Monograph, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these legal frameworks. This agreement constitutes a binding contract between NEXPLACERS™ and the high-performance professional or organization.

Failure to comply with these terms may result in the immediate suspension of strategic access and the forfeiture of active consultancy hours without recourse.

2. Service Parameters & Scope

NEXPLACERS™ provides specialized placement advisory and executive branding. Our services are advisory in nature. While we employ rigorous data-driven methodologies, we do not guarantee specific employment outcomes, as executive trajectories are influenced by myriad external market forces.

Clients are expected to maintain "Digital Curator" standards for all shared materials, ensuring accuracy and professional integrity in all self-disclosed documentation.

3. Intellectual Integrity

All methodologies, strategic frameworks, and monographs produced by NEXPLACERS™ remain the intellectual property of NEXPLACERS™ until fully remitted. Clients are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to utilize these materials for personal executive development only.

Unauthorized redistribution, "white-labeling," or mechanical reproduction of The Executive Monograph's proprietary design system or content is strictly prohibited.

4. Mutual Confidentiality

We operate under a "Zero-Shadow" confidentiality policy. Both parties agree that all strategic discussions, candidate identities, and corporate proprietary information shared during the engagement are strictly confidential.

This obligation survives the termination of this agreement for a period of five (5) fiscal years.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall NEXPLACERS™ or its directors be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our advisory services. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific monograph or advisory sprint currently under dispute.
